Opening certain tabs in the Application Launcher crashes KDE

When I open the application launcher (either by using the meta key or clicking on it in the taskbar), if I hover over the "Computer" tab, KDE crashes. it only happens on this tab. If I hover over any of the other tabs, it works fine. The only way to get it back up is to run "plasmashell" in terminal. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue so if there's anything that I should try, please let me know.

I am having the same issue you have here with the code you have posted. The problem I am seeing is Muon GUI rebuilding the package list every time I open it. There was a bug report issued here in Ubuntu: but all fixes and issues I do not see a fix that works. I have tried everything they have listed. I have went to the KDE.org store and download the Gnome file and ran that. I've went to Github and cloned it from there and ran it. I've reinstalled xapian. I've tried to run a deb file with Gdebi. Nothing works. I hope something can be resolved.
