Hi
When I start Wayland session on my laptop I see an icon for screen rotation in system tray. See screenshot.
Its tooltip says "Automatic screen rotation is disabled".
How can I remove this icon?

If you can't just right-click on it to remove it then you should be able to remove or hide it from the System Tray Settings: Right-click on the up arrow on the side of the system tray (or anywhere on the system tray that isn't occupied by an icon) and select System Tray Settings. In there there are a couple of places it could be. If it shows up under Display then unchecking it will get rid of it. Otherwise locate it in Entries and change it to Hidden (it will still show up when you click the up arrow, but won't clutter the space anymore).

Thank you airdrik. :)

I can hide the icon in system tray settings, under "entries" section.
However I prefer keep "always show all entries" option checked.
Seems currently there is no way to remove this icon definitely.
