Reload /etc/environment without restart sddm

Hi
I need reload /etc/environment without restart sddm, for add
Code: Select all
QT_IM_MODULE=qtvirtualkeyboard

when I take the keyboard off...
I have Hp Spectre x2 and if
Code: Select all
cat /proc/bus/input/devices | grep 'H: Handlers=event1 mouse0' > /dev/null; echo $?

Return 0 the keyboard is present.. and now I have to deactivate the virtual-keyboard
While if return 1 i have to activate the virtual-keyboard...
How to without restare sddm?

I understood that every process launched afterwards

export QT_IM_MODULE=qtvirtualkeyboard

has the virtual keyboard ...
someone knows how I can set it to all processes without restarting sddm???
