My desktop theme is Breeze-Dark
Whenever I login, I go to the konsole and execute
How do I automate this, i.e. add a autostart script? Or is editing a theme-css(-file?) a preferable method?

You can read about bash scripts.
Probably pasting it to Kate, save and change file name to abc.sh and giving execution right and adding to autostart in System Settings would work. But you can also copy Breeze to /.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ and edit in Inkscape widgets/panel-background.svgz rename this theme by editing name in metadata.desktop file and set this new theme in System Settings. I tried a few bash script examples before posting here... even one specific to this particular need, which is where I got the notion to try that xprop statement by itself
Anyhoo... Your idea about localizing the theme and editing it accordingly, works perfectly! Awesome! Thanks! UPDATE I tried the bash script thing again... but couldn't get past error messages So--at least for me--using Latte Dock is that much simpler and with its' features... somewhat more elegant!
