How to disable moving windows when right edge of window is clicked? Every time I want to use scrollbar in Kate and I move mouse to the right edge of the screen it doesn't touch the scrollbar but a window edge and this icons appears as on screenshot indicating that I can move window.

Strange thing is that it doesn't work that way in Dolphin which is good. I want Kate to react as Dolphin, I mean to be able to scroll instead of moving window when I move mouse to the right side of the screen.

I would prefer not to disable moving windows completely, but just make this right side not react like that. I have now idea why Dolphin works as it should. Maybe Dolphin window has narrower window edges (less pixels)?

I use QtCurve engine but the problem is also with Breeze.

Edit:
I wasn't paying enough attention. Both in Breeze and QtCurve there are settings for enabling tiling only from window title.
