After a recent update with plasma5-plasma-desktop-5.12.5 etc., the plasmashell has started crewing 100% of CPU activity, more precisely it does not get closed down when I log off. So whenever I log back in a second, third, or fourth plasmashell starts up and within a few minutes they all hit 100%; thank goodness for eight core processors and threading.
When I log out of plasma I would like the plasmashell to be shut down, can anyone suggest a fix?
