Walk Through Windows alternative doesn't cycle windows

Plasma 5.12.6 Frameworks 5.45.0 Qt 5.9.4 When I assign a shortcut to task manager alternative and press it, it doesn't cycle thought task like it does when I press alt+tab,tab,tab It only switches to the next task and stops.
