Hi and thanks, does the plasma 5 desktop still allow wallpaper slideshow with "seperate" timings on each screen? And if so is this available on KDE-minimal?

Yes, you can have a slideshow of images as a wallpaper:

I can't answer with certainty on whether it is available on KDE-minimal but I would imagine it would be.
