Hi,
On my Gentoo Linux, I just updated powerdevil from 5.12.5 to 5.13.5 and I realize that it doesn't do the same thing. To prevent my computers from suspending during system update, I put a file lock in /tmp, and in a /etc/pm/sleep.d/script, I verify if this lock is present or not. It seems Plasma automatic suspend doesn't use sys-power/pm-utils anymore. Manually suspending with pm-suspend always works as before. But now, with automatic suspend, even /var/log/pm-suspend.log is empty. I just have, in /var/log/syslog :
