I've tried typing out my issue twice, and both times my page timed out. SO I'll make this quick.

After running an upgrade of all packages on my Mint 18 install, I log in to a black screen and the message in the title shows up: "ALl shell packages are missing"

Can anybody help? Any info would be appreciated!
