I just upgraded my Arch installation to KDE Plasma 5.14.3 and my Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V shortcuts are no longer active. Plasma acts like I am not pressing those keys. Simply, nothing happens. Yes, across all the applications (except in Emacs which handles those things internally and Konsole which does not use Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V to copy and paste).

When I right click the text and chose Copy or Paste everything works fine, but shortcuts are not active.

Yes, I checked Standard Shortcuts settings and Copy and Paste are set to regular Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V. But even if I change them, it still does not work.

It looks like something weird is happening with those two shortcuts in latest Plasma. Alternative shortcut paste shortcut Shift-Insert also works fine.

Anyone ever experienced similar behavior on Plasma?
