Hi,

my mom has on her laptop KDE plasma desktop 5.14.4 and from yesterday she's not able to have her desktop as before.
There is no more menu on the taskbar but instead she has an error message:

File Loading error QML : file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.kickoff/contents/ui/Kickoff.qml:31:1: module "org.kde.plasma.private.kicker" is not installed

i would like to downgrade KDE plasma desktop to previous version 5.13.5, but i do not know how to do it.
Please can you tell me how to do it and if it's possible without losing her background image, and quick launch icon on taskbar.
