When I move windows around the screen, it only shows the moving cursor until I let go of the mouse button, then the window snaps to the new position. I would like for it to actually show the window as I move it, and I've been unable to find the setting for this.

Can someone tell me where to find that?

Well, oddly enough, a reboot fixed the problem, even though it's been doing this for days, and I shut it off every night.
