I am using phpstorm and when I click one time in the phpstorm in taskbar (in order to open), it works correctly.
But if I am with phpstorm opened and I click in the phpstorm task in task bar (in order to minimize) and then I try to open again by clicking I cant open the phpstorm window anymore. In fact I can only open again if I click in other program in the task on taskbar. Example if I open dolphin by clicking in taskbar and then I try to click in phpstorm task in taskbar now it works.

Its happening with all intellij or java programs in my notebook. Do I need to reinstall something?
