I am running Manjaro with KDE, and when I click "Show Desktop" and then I open a folder for example, all windows rise? Is this a bug? Can I disable this? It's very unpractical.

I'm very sure that is the intended behavior of the Show Desktop button.
If your expectation is to minimize all windows and not have them come back up after opening up another window, you might replace the Show Desktop button with the Minimize All Windows button.
