With the plasma 5.14 or later the hibernate button should be in the logout dialog: https://phabricator.kde.org/D15287

Lock screen:
- Bug 390634 - Possibility to shutdown/hibernate system from lockscreen: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390634
- Poweroff-restart-suspend-hibernate buttons in lock screen: viewtopic.php?f=83&t=151736

The issue is solved on KDE 5.14.x (KUbuntu 19.04).
But for some reason you need to manually add an hibernation button to the K[start] > Leave > System menu using this tutorial https://fossbytes.com/enable-disable-hibernate-option-ubuntu-power-menu/ and it also appears when you're trying to logout, reboot or shutdown.

I already can hibernate using command sudo hibernate -f and everything is working

I checked my /usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kde.breeze.desktop/contents/logout/Logout.qml and all changes are there.

How do I have the hibernate button? When I installed it don't hibernate. After installation only I configured it to make it hibernate. Now I just want to have the button on my app menu and possibly on other places too.

This is my distro
Distributor ID: neon
Description: KDE neon User Edition 5.19
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic

Thanks.
