If you think this is a Plasma issue: how about giving us exact details about your distribution and version, the Plasma version and which Theme you are using?

FWIW: we do not make Gimp...


Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

You mean Breeze I gather...

Gimp being a GTK application, did you try tweaking the "GNOME/GTK Application Style" in the Settings? You can find more information about the subject here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Un ... plications

If the problem persists, please file a bug

Thank you for your help. In the program appearance settings, for GTK2, it has to be set "Raleigh"
