Hi,

i run KUbuntu 19.10 with KDE Plasma 5.17.x and since kubuntu 19.04 imy taskbar is very slow to display while my background wall paper comes very quickly.
How can i check if there is some issues and where is located the problem ?

i'm trying to use KsystemLog app but i'm not convinced about colors vs problem and i can not get anterior messages
someone can help me please ?
