I install Freebsd 12.1 on my Notebook Asus X542UA only whit intrigued Graphic and Kde 5 Plasma.
After a short Time 20-30 Minutes the Menus go Transparent and nothing work more.

I don't really know which exact Plasma version is shipped by FreeBSD, how about providing a Plasma version?

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

looked like as there was a hook set. Anyway, I try getting somebody more knowledgeable about FreeBSD to help you

This might be a drivers problem. Anyway, can you provide a screenshot of transparent windows? You can use Spectacle tool to make a screenshot.
