start menu configuration

Fri Feb 07, 2020 7:33 am
Hello, https://www.analpornvideos.xxx/
The "computer" and "history" tabs show a grand total of 3 and 2 applications respectively, along with a whole load of documents that I don't care about. How do I configure the start menu to show more applications and fewer documents?
Thanks ;)

The "Computer" tab only shows the most commonly started ones, else it is used for the actual locations on your computer, the "History" panel shows you the files you used most recently. Neither are meant for Application browsing.

If you want to see your applications, add them to "Favorites", or just browse the applications in the "Application" tab

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
