Switching Desktops on Multiple Monitors

I've discovered that when I have an external monitor plugged in, the desktops do not switch independently from one another.

Is there a way to get them to do this?

I.E. I'm on desktop 1, screen 0. I want desktop 2, but ONLY on screen 0, screen 1 should stay on desktop 1.
