hi for some reason, the down arrow suddenly opens the start menu, while at the same time navigating to the next item in the list, so its doing two things at once

when i reset the shortcuts to all defaults, and apply, it works only for one session then goes back to being the same after a new session/reboot

i tried making a new user as well as deleting my kde config and generating a new one

the login manager i use is SDDM
