alt+1 not working in applications

Hi, I'm new to KDE, when I add Persian layout to keyboard layouts, Alt+1 shortcut in applications not working anymore, I check global, standard, custom shortcuts, there is nothing bind to Alt+1, what is the problem?
distribution : Archlinux, kernel 5.5.9 Plasma version: 5.18.3 |

Which exact Application uses Alt+1? Or did you mean Alt+F1?
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

lots of apps, for example Firefox Alt+n to switch between tabs, and I can't switch to first tab which is Alt+1, vscode also and....
