Every time I reboot the widget looks like this

The current global theme is openSUSE, Plasma Style is Breeze Dark, and Icons are Breeze. I have the background hidden in the widget.

Yes, "Restore previous session" is set for On Login on both laptops. The issue also happens for all users on both laptops.
