Again, you are in the wrong section, it is not the Window Settings you need to change. See here: https://imgur.com/gallery/B5CZD3E
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

I've tried to stay out of this but I simply can't stand the ignorance any longer. @Mamarok is correct. Please actually read the post she's made.

I got to thinking about your response and no wonder the other poster in this thread got confused. I had asked what happened to the virtual desktop setting when I clicked it under Special Application Settings, NOT which setting to use. Now that said your answer is fine IF one is asking about how to force a application to be LOCKED to a specific desktop, But not for just assigning it to a specific desktop where it could still be sent to another desktop by right clicking it's titlebar or using ALT + F3 and selecting move to desktop. This IS Apply Initially NOT Forced. |
