Hi! Really Stump on this.
I've tried two distros under kde,they seem to do the same thing.

After running the system for a few hours. I tend to Switch off my main monitor off and leave my
2nd monitor on running watching shows in the back.
When I Wake up the main monitor/turn it back on it seems to be when it happens.
At first the Whole taskbar menu/notifications would unlock and detached themselves from the taskbar.
Now the Taskbar seems to be mutating and is in the middle of the screen,unlocked/reset and can't be moved

Running dual Main Monitor -Freesync 2 - 3840x1200 -144hz
Og Freesync 2nd Monitor - 2560x1080 -75hz
