I have a problem with alt + shift in some applications under kde. For example visual studio code and skype. I use this combination to switch languages and in these applications I got focus on top menu. I don't know where should I dig.

Both applications are not made by us, but if you insist on using these shortcuts for these applications, you need to change them in the Plasma shortcuts in the System Settings to avoid those being used as Global Shortcuts
