To remove the grouping: right-click on the icon -> More Actions -> uncheck the "allow this Program to be grouped" checkbox
Can't help with the different Profile icons, sorry

I have no idea, different profile icons are a feature of Firefox, not my expertise.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11

Bugs in Firefox should be reported to Firefox, I fear there is very little we can do about this on our side.
