Pressing Meta Key doesn't open Application Launcher widget.

I restarted my laptop, and I can't open the application launcher with the meta key or even alt+f1. I tried binding the widget to open with Alt+F1 and Meta+F1 to no avail. I tried editing ./config/kwinrc to open the application launcher with meta key but it didn't work.
It is probably worth mentioning that it only works when latte is installed and only the application menu launcher widget on latte works with meta. |

Distribution, exact Plasma version?
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
