CentOS 8 and kde question

Hey there, running yum grouplist I got in the list KDE Plasma Workspaces and running yum groupinstall "KDE Plasma Workspaces" I get 30 paclages available for the installation. In repository column I get AppStream and BaseOS.
What this should mean? KDE plasma is not deprecated on el8? It's need for my new project - casinos-advisor.com/ - it helps people to play for real money. Thanks in advance.

That is a distribution specific question, maybe better to ask in the distribution directly? CentOS doesn't have very recent Plasma packages, though.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
