I was browsing thought KDE store and I found this. Can someone tell me the name of that widget or widgets with desktop icons and weather.

where in the KDE Store did you find it? Asking there is the most likely place to get an answer, as most KDE Store provided content is third-party. TBH, this very much looks like an Android app rather than a KDE widget
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
