Hi,
I've recently installed Kubuntu 20.10 on a new machine. Here is the configuration : glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version" OpenGL version string: 4.6 (Compatibility Profile) Mesa 20.3.1 - kisak-mesa PPA glxinfo | grep "Device" Device: Mesa Intel(R) UHD Graphics 610 (CFL GT1) (0x3e90) lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available. Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 20.10 Release: 20.10 Codename: groovy uname -a Linux neill 5.8.0-33-generic #36-Ubuntu SMP Wed Dec 9 09:14:40 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux I notice that the screen is becoming corrupted, see photo : https://imgur.com/a/EsINLPo The corruption moves when I move the mouse. I don't know how to provoke it, it appears to start randomly. It could possibly be linked to that fact that the computer had been left on for at least 24 hours. I was originally running "OpenGL version string: 4.6 (Compatibility Profile) Mesa 20.2.1" and had the problem. I then updated mesa to try and resolve the issue but it is still present. Does anyone know what causes this and how I may fix it? Thanks in advance. Lee Matthews |
