Recently I've been using Discover a bit more seriously, exploring the applications listing and trying some new software from it but, I have found some issues.
1. Non-applications from the Debian repositories are listed just as applications are, with no visual difference to discern what those entries are. Take for example KDE Connect from my system. There are four KDE Connect entries that are listed as removeable. Their description put Debian as the source so I check my installed packages. There is only a single package related to KDE Connect installed! What are the three other packages linked to? 2. Size Check the size for Spectral in Discover. Apparently it is 414 MB to download but it only takes 8.7 MB on disk? That makes no sense. Unless you count the common runtimes that are shared between applications but... that is only downloaded once. It is misleading if that is the case.
