Hello eveyone, I'm here looking for help because I have a problem related with my second monitor. When I plug it in, the desktop stays black while I can still use the mouse and drag windows to the monitor.

The "error" was that the desktop was absolutely emplty by default.
Ir can be "fixed" by right clicking and selecting a desktop background and if you want a new panel.
