How to delete ""Battery and brightness"" widget?

I use Kubuntu 21.04. Right click on it does nothing. Only thing i can do is create more widgets.

Are you talking about the entry in the System Tray? That should be hidden by default, but is part of the default System Tray and would need a more in-deep action on the system to be removed.
As for a widget on the Desktop or the Panel: a right click should just work, certainly in "Add widget" aka Edit mode
