The screenshot says it all. As you can see, the analogue clock widget on the desktop is an hour slow although the one in System Settings is correct. I also note the time zone information next to the digital clock in the panel is wrong, although the time there is correct. The UK moves from BST to GMT next week.


It would appear Plasma has incorrect information about the date of the change and has tried to apply a second correction to the analogue clock rather than displaying the time given by the OS. Is there a setting for this?
