GTK theme list in GNOME/GTK Application Style is empty

Hello everyone! I installed kde plasma 5.23.0 on kali linux and when i went to "GNOME/GTK Application Style", GTK theme list was empty. When I clicked the "Get new GNOME/GTK application styles" button and installed the theme from there, the list was still empty. Installation from a file does not help either. Help me with this problem please!!

Please report this to your distribution, can't reproduce this here with either 5.23.0 nor 5.23.1

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
