Hi all, my krunner seems to be broken!
I wonder if it's related to my shutdown/restart problems also. Anyway, krunner is appearing almost invisible (you can see the borders and a square in the corner, but otherwise it's transparent (but clicks like opaque). I have included a video to demonstrate the behaviour: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1beyqOL ... sp=sharing It's been driving me crazy, hope someone can help! Cheers -- Operating System: Kubuntu 20.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0 Qt Version: 5.12.8 Kernel Version: 5.11.0-40-generic OS Type: 64-bit |

Hi,
Is it the same problem if you use :
What happens if you use a command line to reboot ?
Can you kill plasma and launch it manually ? |

It still got an error from there, but it's okay I figured it out after a lot of tracing back my steps of customising KDE! The error was due to something completely unrelated! Pasting my answer from another forum: I didn't like the large Volume OSD my version of KDE had, so I added some files into my ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kde.breeze.desktop/contents/osd directory to convert it into a streamlined thin line look. (https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comment...ness_osd_size/) But as a result, that ~/.local/share.. config took priority over /usr/shar.. and I lost all the other 'org.kde.breeze.desktop' configurations (which included my lock screen & the ctrl+alt+del logout confirmation dialog screen). I have removed my ~/.local/share...../org.kde.breeze.desktop and put the OSD config items into the /usr/share..... directory and all is right with the world again! |
