When I have a full screen application (like a browser playing a maximized video or Konsole in full screen mode (not just maximized)) and I try to drag another window from another monitor to the monitor with the full screen application, it normally should be above the full screen application.
When I release the mouse button the window appears above the full screen application, but it is not visible while moving it.
Is this intended?
In all other DEs or even OSs I know this behavior is not the case.
I'm using Manjaro and an AMD GPU. X11 or Wayland does not change anything.
