Some times, when I change the keyboard layout using the hotkey (my hotkey is Win+space) or clicking on the icon in system tray, the current layout changes, but it has non effect on what happens when I type in applications. This in not the case all the time and is random, can be fixed by a restart.

System information:

Fedora Linux 35 (Gnome), then installed KDE by: `sudo dnf install @kde-desktop`.
KDE plasma version: 5.23.3
KDE framework version: 5.88.0
QT version: 5.15.2
Kernel version: 5.15.6.200.fc35.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphic platform: Wayland

Laptop: Framework laptop batch 5.
Monitor layout: One extra monitor, stacked on top of the internal monitor.

One panel on each monitor, on the left edge of the screen.

Switched from Application Launcher to Application Menu because of another bug (Typing in search would type in the wrong launcher)

Keyboard Layouts: US and Persian. Layout indicator: Flag.
