Hey all,
I'm trying to figure out which is causing this broken dependency when I try to update my system. I noticed that this machine uses libssl.so.48 while in my laptop (bare Tumbleweed KDE Plasma) uses libssl.so.1.1. These won't keep up with the update from libssl48 to libssl50 in OpenSUSE and causes sddm to throw errors:
Even when brute forcing entry, it still shows black screen with these logs:
I appreciate your help with debugging and tracking this issue, please let me know what to try next. Thanks a lot! |

Did you ask in the OpenSuse forum? This could well be a distribution issue, did not encounter this on my systems using Kubuntu
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
