Screenshot at Plasma 5.24.3

As seen in the picture, clipboard history widget displays the grinning emoji as a ballot box with x. Did not test all emoji but I assume none would be shown correctly.
Krunner having the same issue but the search bar in application launcher shows emoji correctly(using different font but I guess that's intended).
Emoji picker does not have this problem, so it's not likely caused by the emoji font(noto-fonts-emoji-blob).

Edit: It now displays blob emoji correctly in clipboard, krunner and app launcher after reboot. I guess restart plasma will do as well.
