Layout Changes have been restricted by the system administrator

Also I cannot use :
Enter Edit Mode

LOL !

I just deleted ~/.config/plasmashellrc

Code: Select all

 $ rm ~/.config/plasmashellrc

Then rebooted if it's reset to default by itself

Code: Select all

 $ reboot

Now it has reset and I have both the options
