I just switched to Kubuntu from Windows and the speed at which hovering over things switches to it is quite annoying (for example, the tool tips on the task manager switch way too quickly). Is it possible to make it work more like on Windows, i.e. ~1 second delay between moving my cursor on a different icon and the tool tip switching?
