Hi,

I'm automating the installation of software via a bash script.
Usually I right click on the app from the menu and select Add to Desktop, then drag it onto one of my panels.
I was curious as to whether or not it's possible do do this from the terminal? If so I can add the process to my bash script for each app I install.

Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.
