General Details
So I am using the Dell MS3320W mouse on my desktop PC. IT uses BLE technology as mentioned on it's manual and detected by Linux. I am using a tp-link bluetooth 4.0 adapter. The mouse supports bluetooth 5.0.
I am using a dual boot system and I copied the info from Windows registry to /var/lib/bluetooth/<PC MAC>/<Mouse MAC>/info to make my mouse compatible with both the OSes.

Problem:
When I turn my PC on, the following things happen:
SDDM opens
Mouse connects
I wait for forever, the mouse doesn't disconnect
I log in, the mouse disconnects after about 20 seconds of logging in
The mouse doesn't reconnect if I don't touch the mouse/leave it at idle
Pressing any mouse button and/or moving the mouse around attempts to reconnect which fails at first but succeeds a second after.
The mouse never disconnects again.

Expected Behavior:
The mouse should stay connected and not require me to request a reconnection by moving around the mouse or pressing mouse buttons after logging in.
