I'm confused over Intel Core i7 and Intel Core i9 laptop. So which one should I buy i7 or i9?

Also suggest the best laptop brand - dell, hp, acer, asus, apple, surface laptop, etc.

I wouldn't recommend an apple product and rather just a laptop with high screen res, amd gpu, other components you should check yourself.
If I will ever need to get another laptop I will build it myself next time..-
