Hi
each time I tried (for several years, I must say), I have been puzzled by the Discover 'search engine'. I almost never find what I am looking for. A recent example: I searched for "docker", and the results are, by order of appearance: Whaler RubyMine CairoDock Latte etc. ... and the "docker" package itself appear only at position 20, after packages that are mostly irrelevant. Are there discussions on how to improve this? |

Sort of, it is a bug and sadly also depends a lot on the various sources used to search in (distribution repositories, flatpack, snap, appstream)

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
