Hello World!

Right, so while reconnecting my Identity credentials it linked to a very old username back in 2009 when I was on openSuse, very strange. I can't change it.

Anyway, I have a question about the Plasma Panel. Actually the DOCK, to be precise.

When hovering the pointer on an icon (a launcher part of the Icon Only Tasks widget) of a CLOSED application, the icon glows very faintly.
I would like to change this, either make the icon grow/zoom or apply a different SVG overlayed on the icon.

I searched for hours on internet, through the KDE Panel documentation and through the existing configuration files and Plasma Theme files. I couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know?
