Menus and notifications show in center of screen

Hi! Recently updated, and any notifications or menus like the application launcher and krunner show in the center of my desktop.

From a Google search, I can see that it's something to do with the plasma-framework and desktop packages? I'm not really sure.

Here is a video example of what happens.

As far as the notifications and krunner go, you can set the positioning in the system settings. I assume your applications are at the centre of your panel? If that's what you mean, you probably have a spacer between the menu button and the applications/taskbar.https://imgur.com/a/AoYYDpw

Positioning was originally set to where the notification icon was before the update. After updating I changed it to the bottom right but it has had no effect.
